1. Eligibility for a Full Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if you meet the following criteria:

Request within 30 Days: You must request your refund within 30 days of your first payment for the course. This applies to both students and instructors who are not satisfied with the course content or experience.

No More than 1 Class Completed: You are eligible for a full refund if you have not attended more than one class (live Zoom sessions or recorded sessions) or accessed more than 20% of the course materials during the 30-day period.

No Course Completion: If you have not completed the course (i.e., you have not engaged with more than 50% of the content, including video lectures, PDFs, assignments, or live sessions), you can request a full refund within the 30-day period.
2. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

Review and Processing: Our team will review your request. If it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund and send you confirmation. Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days of approval.

Please note that it may take up to 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank or payment account, depending on the payment provider.

Instructor Payments: If you are an instructor and have already received commission payments for your course delivery, refunds will not be issued.
5. Late Payment or Delayed Refunds
In the event of any delays in processing your refund, we will notify you via email with an update. Refunds may take longer due to processing times from third-party payment providers (e.g., PayPal, Stripe).
6. Instructor Refunds
If you are an instructor on StdAdd, refunds for commission payments made to you will only be issued if the course does not meet the stated terms or if you fail to deliver content as promised. This will be handled in accordance with your instructor agreement.
7. Subscription or Course Fee
All courses offered on StdAdd are subject to a monthly. If you are not satisfied with the course content within the first 30 days, we will refund the entire fee for that month.
8. Changes to This Refund Policy
We may update this Refund and Return Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will post the updated policy on this page, and the changes will be effective immediately upon posting. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
